If you are not satisfied with a product purchased directly from Jimmy Tarps at the time you receive it, you may return it, unused, for a refund of your purchase price, within 14 days. Here at Jimmy Tarps we work hard to create a lightweight durable product what this means is you have 14 days from the time your purchase your product to check it over for manufacturers defects and contact us if there is a defect. If your product has a defect we will either fix it or replace it with a new product within the 14 day timeline. The only exception to our return policy is items which are specially made, have been seam sealed, those items which are customized or have any changes made from the original design are non returnable.
If you have a Tarp that was originally purchased from Jimmy Tarps that falls under our warranty and needs repair please email us. If your repair needed doesn't fall under our warranty email us as we do offer repairs at our discretion. Prior to sending in a repair please email us using the contact section of our website with a photo of the damage/repair needed and a detailed description of the damage. Our team will access prior to you sending back the item how/if the item can be repaired.
